We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once delivered. All sales are final.
However, we care about your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement at no extra cost.
To initiate a replacement:
Contact us at info@okanhome.in within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
Note: Claims made after 48 hours or without visual proof will not be eligible for a replacement.
